Hailey Rodgers

Hailey Rodgers is the dynamic Founder & Executive Director of the Women’s Nonprofit Network (WNN), a pioneering Canadian nonprofit devoted to connecting, educating, and empowering women throughout the country's nonprofit sector. Despite making up 80% of the nonprofit workforce, women are often confined to non-leadership roles and face substantial barriers to career advancement. WNN is on a mission to change that narrative, building Canada’s largest network of women committed to transforming the nonprofit landscape. The goal is to create more opportunities for women to be celebrated, feel confident, and thrive in their careers. Hailey has assembled a formidable team of Board of Directors and volunteers who are determined to confront these disparities head-on, currently supporting a growing community of over 500 members.

In addition to her work with WNN, Hailey has dedicated the past seven years to Step Above Stigma, a national mental health charity, including two years as its leader. She founded the Empowerment Labs program, offering engaging, fast-paced, and action-oriented workshops that improve mental health and empower individuals to take control of their lives. Her dedication has resulted in over 3,000 hours of service, forging partnerships with major corporations such as Visa, Royale, EY, Siemens, and RBC, and making a positive impact on over 100,000 youth and young adults across Canada.

Hailey’s passion also extends to women’s health, where she has made significant strides working with national organizations like Fertility Matters Canada. Her outstanding contributions have earned her accolades from the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy's Top 40 Under 40 Award, Canadian Society for Association Executives, and CharityVillage. Currently, she is involved with myStoria, a groundbreaking femtech startup that is female-founded, female-led, and female-invested. Hailey is driven by a profound commitment to revolutionizing women's reproductive health in Canada, striving to make it accessible to the millions who need it.
