Our Strategic Plan

The Women’s Nonprofit Network has spent over a year developing our 2025-2027 strategic plan that we are thrilled to officially launch as of February 2025.

Our mission is driven by empowering women and elevating nonprofits. We outline how we aim to do this in our 3-year plan.

A world where women in the nonprofit sector are empowered to lead, innovate, and drive positive community building; where women’s voices are at the forefront of decision-making, equity is the norm, and diverse leadership creates lasting impact and inclusivity.

Our Vision

WNN is a community dedicated to empowering women in the nonprofit sector by fostering leadership, connection, and well-being. With a foundation of inclusivity and equity, we facilitate the creation of transformative spaces where women can thrive, lead with purpose, and drive lasting change.

Our Mission

Our 6 Pillars of Commitment

1) A Beacon for Women’s Leadership

We are a community that elevates women’s voices and helps them lead confidently. We believe in the power of women’s leadership to cultivate real change.

2) Cultivating Connection & Collective Strength

We are a space where women unite, support each other, and grow stronger as a group. We believe in the power of community to help everyone succeed.

3) Inclusive & Diverse at Our Core

We are committed to diversity and inclusivity. We welcome women from all walks of life, believing that our differences make us stronger and help us reach more people.

4) Celebrating Leadership, Inspiring Growth

We are a space where women can harness their unique talents to become confident, impactful leaders. Together, we cultivate growth through mentorship, shared knowledge, and opportunities to amplify our leadership potential.

5) Fostering Innovation & Continuous Learning

We believe in staying curious, learning, and finding creative solutions to the challenges women face in the non-profit sector.

6) Committed to Fairness & Equal Opportunity

We are dedicated to ensuring all women have equal chances to succeed. We fight for fairness and work to break down barriers that prevent women from reaching their full potential.
