Lisa Liang

Lisa Liang brings extensive experience and strategic leadership to the nonprofit sector, with significant contributions in both public and private spheres. Currently, as a Commercial Projects Manager at Infrastructure Ontario’s Commercial Advisory and Strategy team, she leads the development of the groundbreaking Broadband One Window (BOW) platform, a critical component of Ontario's multi-billion-dollar investment in high-speed internet connectivity. Her leadership is marked by her role in pioneering the integration of key government systems, managing complex projects, and collaborating with senior officials—highlighting her commitment to driving digital innovation for Ontarians and her expertise in strategic planning and execution.

Previously, Lisa served as a Program Director in the Commercial Real Estate sector, where she championed Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) business transformation strategies. Her work in developing award-winning sustainability programs earned recognition for some of Toronto’s most iconic properties, reflecting her dedication to environmental stewardship and social responsibility. 

A recipient of prestigious honors, including the Women's Executive Network’s Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women Award, Lisa is also deeply committed to fostering equitable and inclusive environments. She actively advocates for women’s empowerment across mentorship, health, and education through various community service initiatives across the public and private sectors. Her diverse background and unwavering passion for community building make her an invaluable asset to the Women's Nonprofit Network.
