Nat Wallace

Nat Wallace (they/them) is a queer, neurodiverse, non-binary profession with over 12 years of experience in the non-profit and event spaces within Canada. From stand alone associations to agency work, they’ve done it all, including covering the gamut of working Provincial, National and International associations. The numbers speak for themselves: 11+ non-profits, 35+ conferences & conventions, 12+ awards programs, 6 tradeshows, dozens of speaking engagements, and has managed teams as small as 2 up to as large as 60. They’ve been the recipient of several awards in the past, including the Donna Mary Shaw awards for young professionals with CSAE, the Trillium Chapter Emerging Talent Award, and the People Award from the Redstone Agency Foundation awards. They’ve done it all - most often with wildly coloured hair, a lot of caffeine and probably a little too much glitter.

Since the start of 2024, they’ve broken out on their own as an independent contractor for non-profits to help improve their operational standards and run events. In their spare time, they love baking, sewing, and playing video games. They have two cats - Nyx and Thanatos - who are sure to show up on almost every video call.
